The Kick-Butt Business Bootcamp will help you create a plan designed to implement strategic business growth by focusing on three key elements: where your business is now, where you want to take it, and how you will get it there. Get ready to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your business, and identify the opportunities and how to act on them.
This boot camp will provide the know-how, while also forcing you to take a cold hard look at your business, dissect it, and put it back together strategically so that it is better and stronger! If you want results and are ready to dig in and kick your business’ butt, then join us!
We start with Purpose so that everyone can work on their internal business mission, their definition of success, why they started their business in the first place, what’s changed about their business over the years, and what direction they want to take their business in for the future.
Then we move on to Promote, which encompasses branding, networking, and marketing. We do a marketing audit of your business using an online and off-line format. We come up with your five branding words, your elevator pitch, your target market/ideal client, your qualifying questions, and more.
We then cover Prosper, which is all of the finances, money, and profitability of your business. We go over pricing strategies, fees, packages, deposits, valuing your services, how to reframe discounts, dealing with price objections and lots lots more.
We then cover Productivity for the business owner. We look at different types of tools including task and project management systems, outsourcing and delegating to team members, delegating to yourself and the business, different types of team members, life-work balance, etc.
We move onto Process which covers all of the operations and systems of your business, including the all important Operations Manual, your business calendar, the difference between a business plan and an action plan, accountability tools, etc.
We end with Passion so we can think about how to have more fun in our businesses, incorporate our passions into business, use the business as a vehicle for change, philanthropy, travel, and more.
